Programs:
Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing
Little Ninja (ages 3-4)

Our Little Ninja Program is a character development program, focusing on different skills to help improve each student. Each class invovles exciting drills and games working on improving balance, coordination, focus, team work and listening skills while learning the basics of jiu jitsu. 

Junior (ages 5-8)

Our Junior program teaches students the fundamentals of jiu jitsu as well as kickboxing. Classes involve working with a partner as well as fast pace drills and games inproving focus, respect and teamwork. Students learn the sport of jiu jitsu while engaging in friendly competition. 

Preteen (ages 8-12)

Our Preteen program teaches students the fundamentals of jiu jitsu as well as kickboxing. Classes involve working with a partner as well as fast pace drills and games improving focus, respect and teamwork. Students learn the sport of jiu jitsu while engaging in friendly competition.

Teen (ages 13-16)

Our Teen program teaches students the fundamentals of jiu jitsu as well as kickboxing. Classes involve working with a partner as well as fast pace drills improving focus, respect and teamwork. Students put their technique into practice by engaging in grappling with fellow classmates. 

Teen/Adult Kickboxing (ages 12-16, 16+)

The kickboxing program provides a great workout while learning the fundamentals of kickboxing. Classes are fast paced and work on improving overall fitness, coordination, flexability and strength.
